convenient stay near the expo

the location was great with parking available right in front, very convenient for my transporter. public transport offered free rides to the city center. the sc bern arena was just a short walk away, i think two minutes.
i found only one plug in the room and it was inconveniently placed. some of my travel adapters didn't fit because of the thick casing. a power bar would solve it!

the hotel provided free public transport tickets for the duration of the stay. a water dispenser was available to use. there was also a designated area to heat and eat dinner.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions i had. they provided assistance with directions and information about local attractions. i felt welcomed .

the room was very clean. it included a comfortable bed with a powerful shower offering a good temperature. separated bathroom and toilet added convenience.

the location proved to be convenient with a tram stop right across from the hotel.
The lack of available outlets was frustrating. There was just one in an inconvenient spot, and the thick casing made it difficult for some adapters to fit. a power bar could easily solve this issue. i also had to request a hairdryer and pay a deposit, then realized there were no plugs near the mirror to use it effectively. small towels were another minor annoyance.

helpful staffunique layout
the staff was very helpful everyone spoke english well the room layout was unique with the shower opening into the room. i found it good value for money even with the unusual design.
there were not many power outlets available in the room , made charging devices slightly tricky

The breakfast selections lacked variety. I found them disappointing. the dining area felt cramped, and it was difficult to find a seat. the parking situation was also problematic. i had to pay even though i could not secure a parking space on-site. the absence of a proper door for the toilet in the room caused a privacy issue.
